Who we are

Ayora is an early-stage startup founded by JP Illingworth in Tennessee. Right now this website only runs a waitlist. Questions go to ayora.money@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date and time you joined, and which version of this notice you agreed to. That is all. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or Social Security number, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to email you about Ayora's launch and early access. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who handles it for us

The website is hosted by Vercel, and the waitlist is stored in an Upstash database. They process the data only to run this service for us. Like any website, our host briefly keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not store your IP address with your email.

We never sell it

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after Ayora opens to the public, whichever comes first.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your email address, or to leave the waitlist, write to ayora.money@gmail.com from that address. We will act on it within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.

Children

The waitlist is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, email the waitlist before the change applies to you.
